In the heart of Madrid’s most picturesque neighborhood, we transformed this 60 m² apartment with meticulous attention to detail. Initially, the property had an awkward layout: a small kitchen tucked away at the back of the house and a shared bathroom far from the bedrooms.

Today, it has been reimagined as an elegant home featuring two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a spacious kitchen integrated into the living area. Each room is now more open and functional. It might seem like magic, but it’s simply the result of knowing our craft inside out.

As this property was designed for investment, we also aimed to create a decor style appealing to a wide audience. We chose a neutral yet engaging design, with soft tones, durable finishes, and a subtle touch of elegance.
